Plaintiff's Counsel Affirmation

Attached is the plaintiff’s counsel’s affirmation to the State of New York Supreme Court, in support of request for temporary restraining order and motion for preliminary injunction.

Note that Defendant received Exhibit B, advising him of a scheduled appearance before Warren County Supreme Court, by email the morning of 6 May 2016 at 10:12 AM. That letter via email was discussed on pages 2 - 4 of the NY Supreme Court Index #62689 transcript.

At 12:32 PM that same day, upon advice of counsel, he requested the Order to Show Cause from plaintiff’s counsel, which was provided at 12:51 PM.

He did not receive plaintiff’s counsel’s affirmation, discussed on pages 6 - 9 of the NY Supreme Court Index #62689 transcript, until the court proceedings were well underway.
